MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Emotional ability to work with high school students, staff and public
- Acceptable personal habits and conduct
- Evidence of training and experience to coach
football. |
DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS:
- Successful work experience coaching
football
- Experience having coaching high school students
- Follow already adopted procedures
- Holds current first-aid card and CPR training and certification

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and instruct students not only with the sport but the values of sportsmanship and self esteem
- Maintain, care for, store and keep inventory of all equipment and materials used
- Oversee the safety conditions of facility or area in which students will perform or practice
- Willingness and ability to contribute new ideas
- Organize banquets, issue letters and other appropriate awards
- Perform additional duties as required by the administration
- TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Responsible for supervising students during all regular season and playoffs
- Keep abreast of current coaching techniques by attending clinics, classes and workshops
REQUIRED OF ALL EMPLOYEES:
- Fingerprinting (successful)
- HIV/HBV & Sexual Harassment Training
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Form
