School Improvement Plan

Our school improvement plan is focused on improved teacher education, exploring credit options, and supporting the District goal of increased services to Pt. Roberts. Goals for our new SIP are:

1. Parents as primary teacher will have access to resources including materials, workshops, seminars, on-line learning to increase knowledge of content and teaching

2. Families will be provided opportunities to investigate public school options to meet high school graduation requirements.

3. Home Connection will provide support to Blaine School District as possibility of enhanced services to Pt. Roberts are explored.

Invitation to Parents

Continual parental involvement is required of all families. Parents teach core academic subjects at home and supervise their children’s daily off-site learning activities. For each student, parents develop a learning plan for the year and submit monthly progress reviews. Parents of children age 12 and younger are required to remain on-site while their children attend on-site enrichment classes.
