TEN MINUTE MATH

·      1st few days of school may be used to explore manipulative and set up math workshop expectations and introduce student reflections tools before Unit 1 begins

 

·      Unit 4: Add Sunken Ships activities 1.1 and 1.2 from 1st edition Investigations as well as a few extra days of activities using the geo-boards to find area.

 

·      Place Value and Elapsed Time are not covered in any of the units so they should be covered during March/April WASL Review using CBA’s and clock manipulatives.
