Dr. Ronald Spanjer has announced his decision to retire effective September 1, 2019, following 36 years in K-12 education, including 13 years as Blaine School District's Superintendent. Over the next four months, Dr. Spanjer will remain committed to retaining Superintendent level leadership responsibilities, as the Board moves forward with consideration and formal initiation of a leadership succession plan.
