Blaine School District

The Blaine School District submitted an application for a 21st Century Grant in May of 2019. The 21st Century Grant is a federally funded program facilitated in the state of Washington by OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction). This extensive application process was completed through a collaborative effort between district staff, Birch Bay Blaine Thrives and Communities in Schools. If awarded, the 21st Century Grant funding would support after school, summer and parent/guardian programming for targeted PK-5th grade students and families.
