SUBJECT: Phase 2 Graduation Pre-Recording
Good afternoon,
We are excited to announce that Whatcom County has been approved for Phase 2 opening, and we are proceeding with our pre-recording of graduation on June 10, 2020. Each family was mailed a letter late yesterday with instructions, arrival times, and the procedures we must follow to complete this process.
One item to make note of is in your letter; the arrival time was inadvertently printed as AM instead of PM. Please be aware your arrival time is correct, but is in the afternoon not the morning. For example, if your number indicates you arrive at 4:45 AM, the 4:45 is correct, but it is 4:45 PM. We apologize for the error.
