Request for Proposals and Qualifications – Athletic Photography
The Blaine School District is requesting statements of qualification from photographers for athletic team and individual pictures, with experience in school photography. The Blaine School District is currently planning for a district wide photographer for athletic related photography.
Submittals in response to this Request will be accepted until 4:30pm (PST) February 26, 2021 at the following email address: cgranger@blainesd.org and slinville@blainesd.org
Submittals should be made in a word searchable pdf document and emailed to cgranger@blainesd.org and slinville@blainesd.org. The subject line must read, “Statement of Qualifications – Athletic Photography”. The Statement of Qualification should address the following:
Areas of expertise in sports photography
Experience with school projects
Ability to perform within a specific time frame
Location of office
Full time staff
Current insurance coverage
Proposed pricing structure for individual, team and senior picture opportunities
