Blaine School District's Board of Directors met this evening to discuss the reopening plan for the 2020-2021 school year, in light of recent recommendations from Whatcom County's Department of Health and new information from Governor Inslee. Although recommendations are leaning towards starting the year with online remote learning, the directors ultimately decided to table the issue until a Special Board Meeting on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. (The agenda and link for the special meeting will be available in BoardDocs within the next 48 hours.) The directors will be represented at Dr. Granger's Community Q&A tomorrow evening, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. We invite our students, staff and families to attend and ask their questions. As always, Dr. Granger will stay online until every question is addressed.
