Please note that the first day of kindergarten for your child will be on Friday, September 1, 2023. It's important to be aware that this date is different from the rest of the district, so mark it on your calendars.
Our dedicated teachers are excited to meet with incoming kindergarten students and their families for state-required kindergarten conferences, which will be held from Tuesday, August 29, to Thursday, August 31. During these conferences, you and your child will have the opportunity to meet your child's teacher, share information about your child, bring school supplies, explore the classroom, discuss the fundamentals of kindergarten, and address any questions you may have about the upcoming year. Students will also engage in a brief skills screener. We believe that this 30-minute session will be crucial in setting the tone for a successful and rewarding year ahead.
Your child’s classroom teacher assignment is now live in Skyward Family Access. Attached you’ll find instructions on how to gain access to Family Access via computer or the App and instructions for signing up for a conference time.
