📍 Morning Drop-Off Update
Beginning this school year, the doors located off the playground will no longer be open during morning arrival. To help keep our campus safe and limit the number of unlocked entrances, students should enter through either the main office doors or the breakfast doors.
The playground fence and gate will also remain closed in the morning. This will help keep students off the playground and ensure they head directly to class when they arrive.
Thank you for helping us make morning drop-off safe and smooth for everyone!
Maps are located below 👇
If your child rides the bus, take a minute to double-check their transportation information before school starts through Family Access. Bus #'s, bus stop location, pick up time and drop off time will be available Monday for bus service requests. PK, TK and K will be available 08-26-26.
🚨 Change of After School Plans:
Please communicate any changes to your child’s after-school transportation plan through ParentSquare no later than 1:30pm. This allows time for teachers and staff to receive the information and ensure a safe dismissal. Changes received after this time may not be communicated.
🏡 Beginning of the Year Items Coming Home:
1: Student Folder with School Year Calendar
These folders will travel back and forth between home and school with your student throughout the year. Please check them regularly for important school information.
2: Attendance Policy Letter
Please review this information and keep it for your records.
3: Meal Application
Even if your student attends BPS and receives no-cost meals through the Meals for Washington Students Fund (HB 1238), we encourage all families to complete a CNEEB application. Completing this application may provide additional benefits for your family and helps ensure our schools remain qualified for this program and other important educational funding.
4: A fridge magnet for easy access to important school information.
