COMMUNITY E-FLYERS

Blaine School District partners with community nonprofit organizations and government entities to provide information to families about not-for-profit services which have social, recreational or educational value for students. In an effort to provide increased access to these programs and resources, Blaine School District has transitioned to electronic flyer delivery via Peachjar. This platform enables the district to send important school and community information to families by email as well as making electronic “e-flyers” accessible from the district’s website and mobile app. Paper flyers are no longer distributed to students from outside organizations.

Peachjar for Families: Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place. In addition to receiving emails, families can access all active flyers from the district’s website and mobile app by clicking on the ‘Peachjar’ button or icon. To avoid missing notifications, make sure your child's school has your correct email address. You may also add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts and click "always display images" when you receive your first email. Peachjar is used exclusively for the distribution of school and district-approved flyers only. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

Peachjar for Community Organizations: Our district wants families to know about the community programs and resources you offer which have social, recreational or educational value for students. Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar, including clickable buttons that take users directly to your website as well as flyer performance reports.

To submit your flyer for district approval, review the standards listed below and then follow these steps to submit via Peachjar.

  1. Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com

  2. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more

  3. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time. For more information on the process or pricing, please email support@peachjar.com or call 858-997-2117.

Peachjar’s Community Free Flyer Program: As a way of giving back to communities, Peachjar will cover the distribution fee for one Community Free flyer per 30 days when the e-flyer is advertising a qualifying event, activity, or information. All flyers submitted for free distribution will be reviewed by Peachjar for verification of eligibility and must comply with the following requirements:

  • Your charitable program, service, or resource directly benefits children and does not require participants to qualify, has no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting donations, or allowing for the purchase of products or services.

  • Your organization is not nationally recognized and physically resides within the boundaries of the school district you wish to distribute to.

  • Your organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event.

Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 30 days. If you wish to distribute to more than one school district or more frequently than every 30 days, you may choose to distribute a standard flyer, subject to Peachjar's fees. Peachjar reserves the right to determine final eligibility.
